Fall Central Florida Car Show Set for September 16 in Historic Cocoa Village

It is that time of year and once again we are in planning for our Fall Central Florida Car Show which is set for Saturday, Sept 16, Noon - 3 PM.

Once again we will be using an expanded layout which will see us adding part of Orange Street, Church Street between Delannoy and Brevard and extending our presence on Brevard Ave all the way to Factory. However, though we have expanded the layout, space is limited and we may have to turn latecomers away so please reserve early.

Online preregistration will be available at VisitCocoaVillage.com effective August 3, 2017. 

The preregistered fee remains at $15.00 and payment must accompany your reservation. Of course you may also register by downloading your form and mailing it to:        HCVA, PO Box 1, Cocoa, Fl. 32923
or by coming by our office at: 600 Florida Ave. Suite 104, Cocoa Fl. 32922.

As many of you will recall, due to unforeseen technical difficulties our Spring event was cancelled. A serious communication glitch led to the word about the Spring Car Show getting out a month late and a subsequent lack of early reservations. Thanks to an early start and new cross checking procedures that will not happen again.

Show Day Check In/Registration procedures:

• Show day entries are $20.00, 
• Separate lines and express check-in for preregistered cars.
• Each participant must stay with his or her car through the check-in/registration process.
• There will be no parking available until you have cleared check-in or registered as necessary.

$15.00 per Vehicle Entry Fee (pre-registration accepted until NOON September 15th) or
$20.00 (per vehicle) Day of the Show.

Dash Plaques for the First 100 Entries.
Participant registration begins at 10:00am at the Bank of America (430 Brevard Ave)

Of course there will lots of door prizes and DJ Mike of Caroline's Records spinning the hits in the Gazebo plus live entertainment in the streets featuring Gemini Band!
